"Rana Simaan is the founder of Rana Simaan Advisory. The company offers services related to fostering organizational culture, executive coaching, personality assessments, and training and development workshops. Rana Simaan Advisory was formed in 2017 as a result of acquiring over 25 years of experience in the wealth management and investment advisory domain.   Rana's employment experience includes a 15-year stint at Merrill Lynch where she served as the Joint Venture Coordinator for the entire Middle East region. In 2005, She then began her 10-year journey with The Family Office. Her contributions include managing the CEO’s office, coordinating events and being the head of organizational development.   While working closely with chief executives and managing directors in her capacities, Rana has gained expertise in leading the support function and office management, administration of resources, workflow, streamlining and organization effectiveness, public relations, human resources, marketing coordination, and projects management. Rana is passionate to continue delivering value and living a life of substance, believing that her greatest legacy will be every life she can inspire. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics, from King’s College New York, and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University. Some of her accreditations include a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching; a Practitioner Certificate in Consulting and Change accredited by Tavistock Institute of Human Relations; a Certified Facilitator for “Everything DiSC” and Denison Certified Practitioner."
