Program Process
OPEN APPLICATIONS
Applications are open for interested startups and SMEs to apply through the online form.
FILTRATION AND INTERVIEWS
Applications are filtered and our team sets one-on-one interviews with the top applicants to take a closer look at their solution.
Bootcamp
The selected SMEs and startups will participate in a bootcamp that includes interactive workshops, pitch nights, networking sessions, mentoring, and coaching, in order to prepare them for investment and pitching in the Demo Day.
Demo Day
The Demo Day is a major event that celebrates the entrepreneurs who were part of the program, connects them with local and international investors, and offers them an opportunity to showcase their solutions.
Post-Program Support
Our secret sauce lies in our continuous post-program engagement, where our team actively supports SMEs and startups in their growth, fundraising, and strategic planning. By connecting SMEs and startups with our network of trusted VC partners across MENA, we ensure they have access to the regional VC ecosystem.

The program is launched by the Ministry of Local Development and Environment (MoLDE) and GIZ Egypt, through the “EU Green/NSWMP” Project, in collaboration with Flat6Labs.
